Are you an engineer who is challenged by managing the quality performance of suppliers in a high tech-low volume environment, specialized in electrical, mechanical, chemical or optical engineering?
The GLS (Sr.) Supply Chain Engineer is responsible for the technical performance of a selected number of suppliers. He or she works with suppliers on performance monitoring, solving technical issues and driving technical process improvements (quality and yield improvement, process control, cycle time reduction, risk analysis and reduction). He or she works closely together with PL Supply Chain Engineering, LSM PL’s, Procurement Account Managers (PAM’s) and Supply Chain Engineers NPI in the ASML Development Organization. Depending on the size of the account, he or she is member of Supplier Account Teams. Focus of the work is on volume control, process optimization and supplier development.
