Job Description
As the Reporting Specialist, your role includes:

• Understand, guide, and translate business information requirement
• Develop and interpret supply chain dataset to useful information in improving process performance, material availability, and cost
• Develop, implement, and maintain state-of-the art CSCM reports and dashboards 
• Help defining the methodology for creating visibility in Supply Chain with new reporting perspective
• Continuously improve information services in line with stakeholder needs, attunement of implementation planning, hands-on assistance, problem solving
• Work proactively with other stakeholders, e.g. IT and other supply chain departments

CSCM Supply Chain Reporting Specialist Job Requirements

Education
Relevant Master degree (e.g in Information Technolgy, Industrial Engineering & Management Science, Business Administration, Supply Chain or Engineering)

Experience

• 2-5 years relevant experience in a multinational company (industry or consultancy), ideally with Supply Chain, Operations, Procurement, or Engineering background.
• Experience in analyzing data to provide useful information and visualize it in reports/dashboards preferably in the Supply Chain area.
• Knowledge in multiple reporting tools such as Spotfire or SAP BO.
• Affinity with databases and ETL tools such as SAP BW/HANA, EveryAngle, SQL, MS Access, or Excel.
• Knowledge in (PL)SQL, Python, or R
• Experience with SAP ECC, SAP HANA, PostgreSQL, or EveryAngle is an advantage.
• Experience in Agile way of working is an advantage.
• A critical thinker with strong interpersonal and communication skills, solution designing skills, and change management skills 
• Analytical and able to organize and prioritize own workload
