Availability performance is key for our customers. In DUV we need to improve towards the perfect machine. Whereas in EUV we need to urgently get the availability numbers up in support of volume production, and service cost reduction. Diagnostics is one of the key elements to improve availability. As Diagnostics PL you have a central role in making this happen both for new introductions as well as installed base. Job DescriptionThe PL Diagnostics drives the engineering team to identify, quantify (structural) improvements and drive implementation, both pre and post shipment. You collaborate with the product team, Project Leads, Project Cluster Managers (PCM) and Customer Support (CS) as well as with our customers. You orchestrate the cross project, cross sector, cross site work packages. You operate on system level hence no part or function is excluded, you get to see the whole picture.
More specifically:
-Plan and own the diagnostic performance and improvement to realize AV system specification during all design phases.
-Align project planning with PCM’s and own the system level work break down and forecast.
-Set priorities to realize diagnostic requirements based on design gaps and field actuals.
-Set up project budget to realize deliverables with diagnostic architect, engineers and data analysts.
-Organize diagnostic network: System Engineering for specifications, D&E for design deliverables, CS for roll out strategy, factories for early learning and validation.
-Organize diagnostic progress validation for stakeholders on regular bases.
-Initiate ideas and improvements to close diagnostic gaps and/or escalate non-performance of diagnostic progress.
-Drive diagnostic deliverables during product generation process
-Close diagnostics learning loop from project to competence/way of working within D&E EducationMaster Degree in a technical area, such as Mathematics, Electronics, Mechatronics, Computer Science, Data analytics. Experience-5 years’ experience in multidisciplinary projects.
-Experience in organizing new product introductions of complex designs.
-Experience in organizing projects on system level with interfaces of multiple projects.
-Proven track record in realizing project results in relation to industrialization, serviceability, manufacturability, availability, reliability, diagnostics, recovery or related to these topics.
-Semiconductor knowledge and familiar with project management tools. Personal skillsStrong communication, interpersonal and team building skills.
Self-propelling and entrepreneurial attitude.
Excellent organizational skills and “helicopter view”
Able to influence without power and speak up.
Perseverance in situations when confront with push back.
Master Degree in a technical area, such as Mathematics, Electronics, Mechatronics, Computer Science, Data analytics.
