Other than customer support, you can get deeply involved in product development to meet customer roadmap by working with development team in headquarter.

Job Description

• Business project support
• Deliver solid metrology project results within due date by closely working with customers, peers and VHN development team
• Proactively work with development team to develop new metrology technology to meet customer requirements
• Customer support
• Support troubleshooting customer issues and lead escalation.
• Support customer process qualification to secure metrology performance, including target and recipe optimization of metrology system
• Explore, understand and fulfill customer’s needs to meet customer performance requirements
