IntroductionWould you like to be part of progress and improve ASML's operational excellence?

As Agile Scrum Master of two closely related agile teams you will be working on building the capability roadmap and the related business case and benefit management, supporting different Business Lines and Sectors. You will also work with the line organization to set up the benefit management.Job MissionASML is improving its operational excellence and will do that cross-sector as well as cross-business line. You will contribute to this big change by coaching a team of enterprise architects as well as the team of business case and benefit management. They support Sectors and Business Lines together with other stakeholders to build and prioritize ASML's capability roadmap, consisting of processes, related IT solutions, and people and organization, and measuring benefits and eventually the value to the organization.Job DescriptionAs Agile Scrum Master, your responsibilities will include:Facilitating the daily scrum, sprint planning of the teams, including team demo and retrospective, and monitoring the sprint progress. Coaching the team and the product owner on the agile practices.Co-operating with the product owner in designing the product backlog items for the next sprint and maintaining the product backlog. Agile Scrum Master Job Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration or in Physics/Mathematics or another technical discipline, but with experience in project management or agile. 

5-10 years of experience in a similar role within the high-tech industry.At least one year of experience as scrum master.
