Job Description
-Define milestones addressing the QLTC aspects for team plans and follow up.
-Responsible for the QLTC gap management for the project deliverables.
-Steer and motivate team members (core team,TL, EE, ME, SCE, NPL, purchase)
-Clear communication of status and results.
-Stakeholder management.
-Owner of functions as major project deliverables.
-Contact with customers (internal and external)
-Development contact person for supplier
-Arrange machine time for qualification testing and support.
-Leads the execution of the selected integrated solutions across sectors
-Understands proper escalation paths and acts accordingly
Context of the position
The Main Deleverabe Owner reports to the project leader and is operational within multidisciplinary projects.Within ASML, the sector Development & Engineering (D&E) is responsible for the specification, design and engineering of ASML products.In this sector, departments such as Mechatronics, Mechanics, Software and Electronics specify, design, and qualify the various modules of the ASML products. Each department consists of discipline and function oriented groups where emphasis lies on particular competence or functions in ASML equipment.
Education
Technical University, masters or PhD in mechanical engineering.
Experience
-At least 10 years of relevant working experience.
-Experience in leading project teams in a complex technical environment.
-Knowledge of precision engineering, dynamics, mechatronics, defectivity and industialisation.
Personal skills
-Highly motivated team player with excellent social, coordination and communication skills.
-Ability to work in an international multicultural setting.
-Ability to provide technical direction, motivate and convince a team of professionals.
