We are looking for a program manager that manages our BBL and Duaal programs, maintains relations with key schools and develops new programs that meet the needs of our growing business.Job MissionWithin ASML there is a constant demand for highly skilled technical people. Your task will be to build programs for students together with schools and business stakeholders to meet the business' needs.Job DescriptionTasks include:
- Manage current Learning & Workings Student Programs (methodology, policies, processes, instruments, solutions etc.) to support the ASML organization.
- Secure compliance with stakeholders in the business (operations) and the HR organization
- Manage relations with regional MBO and HBO schools.
- Develop new programs for relevant student populations together with business and schools.
- Manage all legal issues surrounding the programs in collaboration with our Legal Office.EducationBachelor or Master with either HR, educational or technical background.ExperienceAt least 5 years experience in a technical, educational and/or project management environment, including managing own projects.Personal skills- Project and process management skills. Bachelor or Master with either HR, educational or technical background.

At least 5 years experience in a technical, educational and/or project management environment, including managing own projects.
