- Manage current Learning & Workings Student Programs (methodology, policies, processes, instruments, solutions etc.) to support the ASML organization.
- Secure compliance with stakeholders in the business (operations) and the HR organization
- Manage relations with regional MBO and HBO schools.
- Develop new programs for relevant student populations together with business and schools.
