Introduction
Working at the forefront of semiconductor manufacturing by designing integral solutions for the world’s most advanced lithography tools. The DUV D&E (Development and Engineering) Optical Column (OC) department is responsible for the optical column, from photon generation towards a good quality aerial image which can be printed in photoresist, and is concerned with the design, development, testing, integration and qualification of the optical column performance in the TWINSCAN system. The department functionality consists of the source/laser, beam delivery, dose control, Illumination, reticle masking, projection and conditioning of the liquid and gaseous bodies in the optical path.
Job Mission
As manager of the group Optical Column Conditioning & Immersion, you lead and manage a group (27 FTE) of professionals with expertise in the area of physics and design techniques applied in conditioning of the liquid and gaseous lenses in our DUV litho scanners, which involves leading edge control of single and multi-phase flows in confined areas. The team is responsible for the entire development cycle from feasibility, conceptual design, proto design to integration and industrialization and consists of architects, PLs, designers and analysts. You provide state of the art conditioning solutions in the optical column in close alignment with program management and SE. You provide a stable, agile and competent development team which is able to deal with the technical challenges in Study-, Sustaining- and NPI projects.
