Job Mission
The Executive Administrative Assistant will provide seasoned, experienced administrative support to executives and various members of their management teams in two business lines located in Silicon Valley. Collects and prepares information for use in discussions/meetings of executive staff and outside individuals. Works on tasks with a diverse scope which at time can be confidential in nature where high level of discretion is required. Plans and coordinates executive travel. Exercises judgement within generally defined practices and policies in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.
