Job Description
The IT Project Management Office (PMO) enables IT to deliver successful projects.
As a Project Management Officer (PMO) you are supporting a dedicated part of the IT project & program portfolio. You work closely with project managers on topics like project progress reporting, planning and quality assurance. You challenge your project managers on the effective and consistent use of the ASML IT project management process and methodology, and deliverables on timeliness, quality, accuracy and integrity. By providing clear analysis and insight on project progress (triple constraint), portfolio health and issues and risks, you support project managers and senior management in effective decision making.
You pro-actively contribute to the realization of the PMO improvement roadmap. You help strengthening IT's project management capabilities and actively share knowledge within IT's project management community and the IT PMO team. You lead PMO initiatives to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of projects. You drive the roll-out and embedding of project/program/portfolio standards and processes related to a.o. project planning, effective decision making, reporting, change control, risk management and quality.
Education
Relevant Bachelor or Master degree. Ideally you have it completed with a post graduate degree in Project Management.
