IntroductionThis is an apprentice internship for 3 months for a master or bachelor student in Human Resource, Organization Studies, Communication etc, who would like to support the ASML Student Office.Job MissionWithin ASML we host over 250 interns and graduation students each year, along with 50 scholarship students and students from other programs. These are mostly students with a technical background. Our student programs are an important way to get in touch with talented students. The student office coordinates this group as part of the recruitment department of ASML. At the student office we manage all HR processes for students, like recruitment, onboarding, performance management and offboarding.Job DescriptionYou will be an intern in the students program team, supporting our colleagues responsible for all interns (both in recruitment and in coordination) and you will help out with various other activities in the team. Your tasks will consist of:
- Recruitment of students for our internships;
- Support in CV selection of student programs;
- Onboarding of students;
- Being a point of contact for HR related issues for both interns and their mentors;
- Facilitating and improving the evaluation process;
- Improvement projects
As the number of students connected with ASML is growing, we welcome your input in how we can develop our programs even further.
EducationYou are a bachelor or master student in Human Resource Studies, Organization studies, Communication or similar. You have affinity with technology and feel at home in a high-tech environment. You have good communication skills in English. You are proactive, independent and you have an analytical attitude. The duration is 3 months (June, July, August), for 4 or 5 days a week.

Will you design a part of the machine, or make sure it gets built to the tightest possible specifications? Will you write software that drives the system to its best performance, or work side-by-side with the engineers of our customers in a fab, optimizing a system to the requirements of the customer?
