Introduction
The D&E Optical Column department is part of the EUV sector of ASML. Its task is to develop and industrialize the imaging function for the Extreme Ultraviolet (EUV) lithography machines.
Job Mission
Candidate is responsible for managing the deliverables, and associated planning of the performance items of the 0.55NA projection optics. Deliverables are oriented towards suppliers, integration, and qualification.
Job Description
-You manage a multidisciplinary team of about 15 FTE, you create a detailed project plan for each deliverable and manage the triple constraint: scope, budget and timing.
-By requirement and risk management you ensure that: the project deliverables are in line with the masterplan; technical risks based on input of architects and design engineers are addressed; and you understand operational risks within your own scope.
-Key interfaces: the main projection optics manager; the functional cluster architect; multiple D&E group leaders and system architects; our optics supplier; and your colleague deliverable owners of the 0.55NA optics from the other departments.
Education
Having at least a MSc. degree in Physics, Mechanical Engineering, Optics, Mechatronics.ExperienceAt least 5 years of experience as (project) manager of a highly complex module or in a high-tech environment. The projection group is responsible for optimizing the imaging performance by providing the means and methods to improve the projection optics together with our supplier.
