Job Mission In the position of DUV and Apps Manufacturing and Service Tooling Group Leader, you and your team are key contributors to the development of tooling for manufacturing and/or service actions for ASML’s lithographic products. You are driving the tools development based on the involvement of tool architects in projects of multidisciplinary group and in close co-operation with sector representatives, such as manufacturing, service and ME and EE engineers. As competence owner, you are responsible for the technology choices and competence roadmap, the specification, design and qualification of tooling solutions, within the boundaries imposed by process and planning. You pro-actively drive the development work in your team and participate in reviewing designs. But above all, you will use your leadership and teamwork skills to solve problems and optimize team performance. You will be reporting to the MDEV DUV and Applications department manager. Your responsibilities · You lead a group of approximately 20 engineers. Your focus is on their development and employability, on cooperation and the realization of the group objectives. · You are accountable for the management and development of individual competence according to a predefined set of targets. You define and implement the competence and resource roadmap for your group and you are capable to maintain a stable focus. · You direct and drive the realization of planned results and of group contributions to cross-sector Functional Cluster (FC) projects. You monitor and decide on allocation of finances to remain within budget restrictions. · You are responsible for delivery to program via FC projects, priority setting, team structuring towards FC projects. You interact with project leaders and architect (3-iab) in the development programs and allocation of staff in line with program needs. You review project plans and proactively support project realization. Your profile · Technical University (or HBO level +…) in a relevant discipline, such as Mechanical Engineering. · 10 years of experience in developing, integrating and testing complex multi-disciplinary products [adjust to needs]. · Solid theoretical and experimental experience in the discipline. · Experience in specification, architecture and design of [fill in needs] . · Experience in managing a group of technical professionals either as project manager or line manager. · Ability to work in an international multicultural setting and be a team player. · Ability to think and act on a strategic level. · Analytical ability with a pragmatic attitude. · Good communicational skills and good knowledge of English. · Strong analytical skills, track record in analysis of stress, fatigue, thermal analysis.
