Do you take the lead in getting technical development work outsourced to the various partners of the Machine Conditioning cluster. Are you able to get the work done for the internal project and meanwhile inspire the outsource partners? Job Mission
In the position of Manager Outsourced activities in the department of Operational capability development of the Machine Conditioning (MC) cluster, you are a key contributor to the execution of design work in all projects of the Machine Conditioning cluster contributing to the development of ASML’s lithographic products. You are driving the outsource partners on capacity, capability and quality on behalf of the project leaders of the MC cluster.
You pro-actively drive the development of the outsource partner to become a highly value long term partner. You will be the main stakeholder is supplier account teams. But above all, you will use your leadership and teamwork skills to solve problems and optimize performance. You will be reporting to the department manager MC Operational Capability Development.
