Introduction

Within ASML the sector Customer Support (CS) is responsible for the installation, maintenance, upgrades and continuous improvement of ASML products. One of the departments in this sector is Field Factory (FF) Installations which is responsible for providing technical installation support during the installation of ASML products. The Field Factory Coordinator provides the onsite coordination of all external support required to efficiently execute the installation activities.
Job Mission
The Installations Coordinator directly reports to the FF line management and operationally to the local Project Leader (PL). In this role the coordinator will have many internal interfaces and direct interface with the customer.
Job Description
The Coordinator will work with the PLs, Manufacturing, and the local customer to plan and make all necessary preparations for the on-time execution of the NXE installation.
Perform on-site coordination of the installations including: Customer managed resources, facility connections, monitor proper use of safety ways of working, and maintain operational schedules. Communicate the plans and schedules to the appropriate stake holders and make timely changes to the installations plans accordingly. The installation process is very dynamic thus flexibility is a key competency to succeed in this environment.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Technology, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, and Computer Science or equivalent experience.
Experience
Engineers with experience in a CS support department for high tech products. Photo-lithography, Electro-Mechanical, and Ultra Clean Vacuum.
Engineers with greater than 5 years of micro-lithography system metrology experience and project coordination experience is preferred.
