In this exciting new role within our dynamic fast growing high tech company you will contribute to converting talent pool candidates into graduate program hires.
Job Mission
To maximize engagement of student talent pool candidates and increase their conversion into fresh graduate hires, based on defined business needs. Organize and execute campus recruitment activities for graduate programs in the European offices.
Job Description
-Participate in talent attraction events to draw in new talent.
-Create candidate engagement within the talent pools by offering personal contact and by making use of social media.
-Drive the conversion of talent pool candidates into fresh graduate hires.
-Prepare and coordinate interview planning and selection activities including group based selection days-Develop target population insights to strengthen the portfolio of Talent Program and Labor Market Communications activities, as well as the design of onboarding and personal development programs.
Education
-Minimum Bachelor’s degree required, Master is preferred
Experience
-Minimum of 2 years of campus recruitment experience, preferably with focus on technical studies (e.g. physics, computer science, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering)
Personal skills
-Passion for the recruitment profession
-Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects, events, and other initiatives with a high attention to detail
-Customer driven, delivering excellent service to your stakeholders
-Demonstrated relationship management skills across different functional levels and departments of a large organization
Context of the position
The ASML Campus Recruitment team is newly installed to meet the growing demand of the different business lines and departments for fresh graduate hires. A campus recruitment strategy has been deployed to ensure attraction and recruitment of talented students. Working together with the Talent Programs team on talent engagement activities, a continuous flow of talent is created and converted into graduate program hires. The team is based in the Netherlands and focused on recruiting from global talent pools for the European offices.
