IT-Senior System administrator Job Description

Introduction
We are looking for an IAM senior specialist who is able to implement, support and improve Identity and Access Management solutions used and planned in ASML. If you are that senior specialist then ASML is having a very interesting opportunity for you to help drive ASML’s ambitious roadmap.

Job Mission
You will implement, improve and support IAM solutions in line with business and IT roadmaps. You are part of a team responsible for the worldwide delivery of agreed service levels in this important domain.

Job Description

• Manage ASML’s Worldwide IAM environment, based on NetIQ eDirectory, Microsoft Active Directory and Microfocus Access Management in a 7x24 environment
• Propose and discuss improvements and new ideas with the Solution/Domain Architects
• Implement approved changes according to ITIL based best practices used in ASML - Share details and knowledge of implemented and accepted changes with 1st and 2nd  line support
• Support  1st  and 2nd  line support teams with the resolution of high priority and complex problems
• Solve 3rd line incidents, coordinate the resolution of Problems and prevent them where possible from happening with a pro-active attitude and support the further development of infrastructure and services portfolio.

IT-Senior System administrator Job Requirements

Education
Master or Bachelor degree in computer science or ICT -technology/infrastructure

Experience

• Minimal 10 years’ experience as System Administrator in a large multi-national environment
• Knowledge of and experience with IT Security frameworks, methodologies and processes
• Minimal 5 years’ experience in the Identity & Access Management domain
• Experience with scripting and or programming in Python, Linux or PowerShell
• Experience with eDirectory, Active Directory, Red Hat Directory Services, PKI, Microfocus Access Management and  Multifactor Authentication and or RSA authentication manager
• Experience with Agile / DevOps way of working is also a pre

• Good communication and consulting skills with a drive to share ideas with individuals and groups. Able to adjust language and or terminology to the audience and able to listen effectively to others for constructive feedback and new proposals and plans
• Team player with an open mind and eager to learn
• Good documentation skills and experience in writing solution proposals, designs and best practices
• Strong drive to deliver results as promised and to deliver high quality and value-added advice, based on accurate and objective interpretation of needs, to internal and external stakeholders
• Good customer focus and customer facing skills
• Ability to execute a task in a good manner and with good results with limited supervision
• Ability to learn from mistakes and focus on continuous improvement.
