Job Mission
Production Engineering at ASML sustains the manufacturing floor in our EUV Operations division. We are responsible for keeping production moving, improving equipment uptime, optimizing process flows, and ensuring smooth introduction of new changes. EUV Manufacturing is fast paced where changes come continuously and rapidly, and we are looking for people with manufacturing backgrounds who want to bring operational excellence into our new product development landscape.
The Production Engineer designs, develops, implements and sustains methods, operation sequence and processes in the manufacture, fabrication, testing and troubleshooting of critical consumable component. Responsible for factory metrics such as yield, cycle time, and capacity. Designs process and manufacturing tooling solutions to influence factory metrics. Designs and executes test plans to qualify changes in manufacturing process. Interfaces with design engineering in coordinating the release of new products. Maintains records and reporting systems for coordination of manufacturing operations. May review proposals of outside vendors regarding the purchase of new or modernization of existing production/processing equipment. Works in a cross functional team to deliver industrialized production process.
