Introduction
The e-learning / web-content developer is a member of the Customer Service Knowledge eXchange & Innovation (CS KXI) department. The department develops, delivers and maintains knowledge and information management solutions to support more than 3000 engineers world-wide. These engineers may be providing first, second and third line support to the field, or working as competence engineers within our Customer Support department. We also support our customers with technical documentation via CustomerNet.
The CS KXI department combines the competencies of documentation, e-learning development, information management, skills management, and knowledge exchange to the field.
Our goal is to provide a one-stop-shop for sharing and exchanging knowledge and information to support our engineers in the work place throughout their entire career. We want the most up-to-date information and knowledge to be available in the right place at the right time.
We aim to provide an environment where continuous learning and sharing of knowledge is second nature, to increase the confidence and self-sufficiency of engineers in the field.

You will be responsible for developing innovative and engaging digital (learning) solutions using a variety of eLearning authoring tools and technologies.
Job Description
You will work with teams of experts on developing state-of-the art knowledge materials, like courses, web-lectures, web-content and animations. All intended to improve the knowledge exchange within ASML Customer Support.
-Collaborate with a small team of designers / learning architects, developers and suppliers
-Liaise with internal and external subject matter experts
-Develop courses using ADDIE or agile design approaches
-Deliver exciting e-learning instructional design
-Develop interactive and engaging storyboards
-Develop e-learning programs using authoring tools, like Adobe Captivate 2017
Education
A bachelor’s degree, or higher, in media design and/or web content development
Experience
-A minimum of 1-2 years’ experience working as a content and media developer (preferably in an instructional design role). A proven track record in e-learning and website design.

-Flexible team worker keen to work collaboratively
-Eager to learn and can thrive in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment
-Excellent English written and verbal skills with a strong attention to detail
-Understanding of blended learning and learning methodologies
