Job Mission
1. Manage quality processes and coordinate cross-function teams to secure product quality effectively and efficiently
2. Coordinate teams to deal with quality improvement activities and quality issues
3. Proactively seek opportunities for quality improvement to meet quality principles-First Time Right, Zero Defect, and Zero Repeat
Job Description
1. Manage quality processes with documents, and ensure process adherence
2. Regular reporting quality status with data analysis
3. Coordinate MRB to resolve material quality issue with issue resolution methodology to mitigate impact to production
4. Communicate with internal customer to quality issues and resolve suggested improvement items
5. Coordinate investigations and required actions for install issues, customer complaints, and DoA from factory perspective, and communicate with stakeholders
6. Monitor SPC results to secure process stability and capability
7. Support quality improvement projects to enhance quality maturity
Education
Academic : Electrical engineering / Mechanical engineering
Experience
1. Above 2-year working experience for product quality management
2. Above 5-year working experience in technical industry
3. Familiar with quality methods such as 8D for issue resolution methodology, SPC as process control tool, FMEA/Control Plan, and etc.
4. Experience in project management
5. NPI experience with quality role is a plus.
Personal skills
1. Good knowledge in quality methods, and quality mindset
2. Good capability to English speaking, reading and writing
3. Familiar with MS office tool for data analysis, reporting, and presentation
4. Good communication skill and comprehensive consolidation ability to influence stakeholders
5. ISO9001:2015 lead auditor certificate with audit experience as leading role is a plus
6. Quick learner with capability to adapt in dynamic environment
Context of the position
1. Proactive attitude toward Quality and LEAN improvements
2. Experience in fab working environment
3. Good ownership and ability to time management and pressure management
4. Able to travel overseas
