Introduction

Our headquarters are in Veldhoven, the Netherlands, and we have 18 office locations around the United States including main offices in Wilton, CT, Chandler, AZ, San Jose, CA and San Diego, CA. 

Job Mission
The Operations Program Manager will lead the implementation and industrialization of critical competency opto-mechanical products into the Wilton Factory. This person will be responsible for managing products that have cross functional deliverables from both the Optics and Assembly organizations as well as supplier deliverables. The candidate will evaluate components for Make/Buy decisions, taking into account the Manufacturing Competencies of ASML in Technology, Cost or Time to Market, and will need to interact with Development Engineering project teams, report on Production readiness, Industrialization plans, proto schedules, and cost estimates. The candidate will lead a cross-functional team of production engineers, new product logistics, method’s engineers, Sourcing  and manufacturing. He/She will follow the ASML ways of working to introduce new products into the Wilton Factory manufacturing process. The initial product to be managed by this position will be the NXE 3500 Program.

Operations Program Management

• Develop manufacturing  readiness plans to introduce new products into Production. This should include timelines, key milestones for prototype readiness, ramp to Pilot and Volume, Product Manufacturability and Quality.
• Develop the facility expansion plans to handle this new project
• Manage the cross functional team from Production Engineering, Manufacturing, and Logistics to communicate clear plans to the Business Line and management.
• Program Management to ensure commitments are met.
• Summarize budgetary needs for capital equipment and headcount.
• Clear reporting and escalation of issues/ barriers to Sr. Management 

Operations Program Manager Job Requirements

Education & Experience

• Minimum BS in a Technical field. 
• Minimum of (5) years experience, and at least 2 years in either Team or Project Leadership Role.
• Has interfaced with internal/external customers at a technical and task management level.
• Knowledge of critical Optics and Optical Assembly skills and competencies. 

• -Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Strong Analytical skills and highly accurate
• Highly motivated, takes initiative
• Project Management skills and experience
• Works well in a dynamic environment
• Experience in SAP
• Strong Negotiation skills
• Able to influence at high level within matrix organization 

• The employee is occasionally required to move around the campus.
• The employee may occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds.　
• May require travel dependent on company needs.
