Job Mission
The Operations Program Manager will lead the implementation and industrialization of critical competency opto-mechanical products into the Wilton Factory. This person will be responsible for managing products that have cross functional deliverables from both the Optics and Assembly organizations as well as supplier deliverables. The candidate will evaluate components for Make/Buy decisions, taking into account the Manufacturing Competencies of ASML in Technology, Cost or Time to Market, and will need to interact with Development Engineering project teams, report on Production readiness, Industrialization plans, proto schedules, and cost estimates. The candidate will lead a cross-functional team of production engineers, new product logistics, method’s engineers, Sourcing and manufacturing. He/She will follow the ASML ways of working to introduce new products into the Wilton Factory manufacturing process. The initial product to be managed by this position will be the NXE 3500 Program.
