Warehousing Process Owner & Key User Job Description

Introduction
Are you the hands-on spider in the web who can standardize warehousing processes between ASML and our logistics service providers? Are you an analytical, self-motivated team player with strong stakeholder and supplier management skills? Then we look forward to welcoming you in the Warehousing team within the SCM Logistics Service Operations department!

Job Mission
In order to stay competitive and continue to be able to deliver to our customers, ASML Supply Chain Management continuously needs to further professionalize its operation. One of the large challenges for the coming years is the standardization of the processes with which we run our (over 50) Warehouses worldwide. We are looking for someone to join our diverse team on this mission, someone who has the drive, stakeholder management skills and persistence to make this a success. You will be the focal point for process and IT system related questions and issues and the gatekeeper for changes.

Job Description
-You are the go-to person in the business for warehousing processes and the supporting IT system(s), able to answer all questions and structurally solve (recurring) issues. This also includes analyzing the impact of proposed business or IT changes and contributing to cross department/sector projects as an expert.
-Together with the relevant stakeholders, you proactively identify and implement improvements.

Typical activities include:
-Analyses
-Workshops & training
-Process mapping
-User Acceptance Testing
-(Adherence) monitoring.
-A major share of your time will be dedicated to the world-wide roll-out of ASML’s ONE 3PLUS warehouse standardization program, which aims to enable our 3PLs to work in the most efficient way.

Education
Master in Supply Chain Management or comparable;
Computer Science with Supply Chain experience is also ok

Fast and flexible transportation networks, differentiated warehousing solutions and complex value-added services are some characteristics of our landscape. Different requirements towards our supply-chain due to development of our systems, the number of upgrades of systems on customer sites and the need for differentiated service level agreements drive the need for a flexible 3PL network. Hence the Logistics Service Operations department is responsible to manage and develop the supply chain/ distribution infrastructure in line with business requirements and against aligned norms. A team of highly educated professionals drives the supply chain infrastructure towards 2020, focused on the rapid developments, based on market intelligence, innovations, business needs, 3PL performance and process analytics.
