Support the WF Quality and Customer Focus team in analyzing field and manufacturing data.
Job Description
This is an outstanding opportunity in our Wilton, Connecticut facility to join our Quality Team. In this position you will create and manage assigned data quality analysis processes to ensure ASML meets world-class standards. You will be expected to actively pursue continuous improvement with current Material Notification documents to drive improvement in both manufacturing and supply chain.
The key duties involved in this position:
-Generate and maintain weekly and monthly reports.
-Provide regular reporting on development process adherence to managers and project leaders. -Develop the reporting if it is unavailable.
-Monitor and follow- up of agreed improvement activities.
-Report regularly on status of running improvements.
-Driving improvement of data integrity and quality.
-Extract data from SQL/SAP servers, simplify, statistically analyze, and effectively interpret data and report problems through written and/or graphical formats.
-Develop tools for data automation.
-Drive fast resolution of key quality issues affecting our customers.
-Provide on-demand data and reports.
-Leading Rootcause analysis for customer escalated issues working with cross sectoral teams.
Experience
-Minimum 3 years of data analysis experience. High-tech manufacturing environment a plus.
-Good understanding of Quality Tools like Rootcause analysis, 8 D, 5 Whys, SPC, FMEA.
-Strong Knowledge and experience of database tool (SAP, SQL etc), programming (XML, JavaScript, VB Script etc).
-Experience using statistical tools for analyzing small and large data sets (MS EXCEL, MS ACCESS etc).
-Adept at queries, report writing and presentation of findings.
-Experience in Reporting tools like spotfire or tableau.
-MS SharePoint experience is desirable.
-Six sigma green belt is plus.
-Microsoft Office skills including high level Excel experience required.
Personal skills
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
-Candidates need to be able to operate effectively with all levels of management both internally and externally.
-Strong analytical skills to identify risks, the key issues and to identify the root causes of these issues.
-Knowledge of continuous improvement techniques is a big plus.
-Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
-Strong analytical ability with a pragmatic attitude.
-Ability to work proactively and independently.
