The MPS Parts Quality (PQ) team aims to deliver the best customer satisfaction which requires not only timely response but also robust solution. PQ is working for issue resolution by:
• Collecting data from the field & input to our database
• Perform Root Cause Analysis in technical side and process area
• Solution implementation
• Monitor long term effectiveness of solutions
Job Description
We are looking for a Parts Quality Data Analysis student to enhance our current data base in a 6 month project. Your tasks will be:
• Input data from the field & trigger the next work step which is defined in the Issue Resolution process
• Integrate our data base for analysis
• Together with 2 other PQ members, you will study & prepare the long term Quality strategy for the MPS business line
Through this project, you will get experience & knowledge about Quality control in a High Tech company.
Education
We are looking for a Bachelor student in Industrial Engineering or similar education with knowledge of Excel or general computer software skills.
You have good communication skills.
This is an apprentice internship of 6 months with a starting date in April 2019.
