Job MissionFMO Tooling Administrator role.
Responsible for migration of existing tooling calibration system (GageTrak) and Optical Fabrication Equipment Maintenance program (MP2) to the SAP/FMO database as it pertains to Optical Fabrication Manufacturing.
Support generating 12NCs for tooling already existing in OF's manufacturing. Job Description-Responsible for document control for Optical Fabrication Equipment and Tooling, specifically in regards to FMO.
-Maintain 12NC database for tooling that engineering, D & E, or manufacturing obsoletes, or supersedes, or introduces.
-Maintain and enhance OF Equipment unscheduled events tracking and Preventive Maintenance tracking.
-Maintain and establish spare parts and tooling inventory tracking.
-Manage tools in manufacturing use, including purchase and receipt processes to ensure compliance with 12NC. EducationHigh School Diploma, or equivalent experience. Experience-Proficient with SAP type databases to maintain accuracy of assorted data bases.
-Proficient with excel to maintain and enhance Equipment maintenance and tooling performance and inventory tracking.
-Engineering or Technical competency relating to tooling documentation whether specifications or design.
-Ability to effectively work with a cross section of departments.
-Ability to work with suppliers to obtain tooling documentation.
-Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
-Manufacturing and document control experience.
-FMO experience a plus.
