Job Mission
The Business Analyst will drive our Supply Chain by developing key parameters in reports and drive improvements together with the management team, operational team leaders, and key stakeholders. Driving the Control Tower processes by preparing the dataset, building dashboard, and analyzing the Customer Supply Chain to enable the initiation of opportunities in cost savings are your deliverables. This role will closely collaborate with worldwide Supply Chain stakeholders on Supply Chain executional processes.
Job Description
As the Business Analyst, your role includes:
-Develop, implement, and maintain state-of-the art CSCM reports and dashboards for the stakeholders
-Define the methodology for creating visibility in Supply Chain with new reporting perspective
-Translate/refine requirements and visualize data into information that can be used to take appropriate action
-Continuously improve information services in line with stakeholder needs, attunement of implementation planning, hands-on assistance, problem solving
-Be the Subject Matter Expert and the Key User of the reporting tools within CSCM
-Work proactively with other stakeholders, e.g. IT and other departments
Education
Relevant Master degree (e.g in Information Technology, Industrial Engineering & Management Science, Business Administration, Supply Chain or Engineering)
Experience
-5-10 years relevant experience in a big multinational company (industry or consultancy), ideally with Supply Chain, Operations, Procurement, or Engineering background.
-Proven track record in developing state-of-the-art reports and dashboards preferably in the Supply Chain area.
-Proficient knowledge in multiple reporting tools such as Spotfire or SAP BO.
-Strong affinity with databases and ETL tools such as SAP BW/HANA, EveryAngle, SQL, MS Access, or Excel.
-Proven knowledge in (PL)SQL, Python, or R
-Experience with SAP ECC, SAP BW/HANA, and EveryAngle is an advantage.
-Experience in Agile way of working is an advantage.
-A critical thinker with strong interpersonal and communication skills, solution designing skills, people management skills, change management skills, and project management skills

Context of the position
This role is a part of CSCM Service Management Reporting & Analytics team. The ASML Customer Supply Chain Management (CSCM) team is responsible for meeting service level agreements (SLAs) with customers. System downtime costs customers up to a million USD per day so SLAs are extremely tight, with downtime waiting for parts and tools limited to as little as 20 minutes per system per week. CSCM manages such challenges in a global network with thousands of unique spare parts and delivers true customer satisfaction through differentiated and affordable logistics services. ASML’s aggressive time-to-market strategy and increasing system functionality means machines are often upgraded at the customer during their lifetime. CSCM’s highly educated workforce drives planning and execution of the logistics aspects of commercial upgrades, field change orders, machine shipments and transfers.
