Job MissionThe DUV NPI Project Lead key role will be to drive solutions from an internal ASML focus. This will be through various stakeholders but the goal is to get information back to VHV so our issues can be solved quickly and efficiently to best support our customer
Key Roles and Items we are looking cover:
-CIL - Customer Issue Lists.
Ensuring joint alignment between ASML/Intel for correct priorities.
Ensuring effect business drivers are in place for turn return on investment.
Ultimately we would like this lead to help development a sustainable process for AIR-ID's in general.
-Structural Issues from an NPI Perspective.
Includes tracking/readiness/alignment with all Customer and Internal Stakeholders.
Researching fleet impact (Serial Numbers, total machines at risk, etc…).
-We would seek help in Customer Review Meetings to cover with overviews from the above work lists/trackers.
-NPI is an ever changing world in DUV, so several projects will be picked up through time. So the ability will exist to craft what this position will ultimately look like within the DUV Team. Job DescriptionThe CS DUV NPI Project Lead takes ownership of and is responsible for the development new product introduction plans and improvements on specific product or sub-system of the product. This position will lead projects and operate independently depending on project assignments on the DUV NPI Products (Specifically NXT2000 + XT860M Platforms). The CS DUV NPI PL will drive projects through ASML processes to support the successful introduction of new services or systems. There will be very close collaboration with DUV Node Generalists and DUV 2nd Line Competency Engineers to ensure high quality reporting on the NPI projects being addressed. This position will coordinate the CS Team consisting of Training, Global Support, Upgrade Execution, Service Engineering, and Customer Sites to successful maturity and in alignment with ASML’s business goals and work closely with the Development team and customer sites. Initial assignment will be the lead of the an integration project, followed by a broad scope projects touching on variety of technologies from HW , SW, automation, and more.
-Monthly Reporting on CIL/AIR-ID Overviews including help needs to resolve.
-Appropriate reporting on Structural Issues.
Readiness including "Help Needs" to resolve.
Impact Overviews.
Business Impact Reporting.
-VHV NPI Focus Team Weekly Calls/Organization.
-Impacts to introduction of NPI Products (Currently NXT2000 and XT:860M's).
-AIR-ID Expert.
Ability to align w/ VHV Stakeholders (D&E/PCM's).
Ensure proper business drivers in place for VHV (Labelled correctly in triage lists).
AIR ID's are currently an untapped supply of resources and help if we can use the D&E lists appropriately. EducationBS technical degree (Metrology, Mathematics, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electronics, (Applied) Physics), or equivalent experience. At least 1-3 years’ work experience as a Project Leader.
