Job Mission
The Customer Support Organization is responsible for the installation, qualification, repair and maintenance of the ASML systems at customer sites and is responsible for the necessary transfer of know-how to the customer. Local sited Customer Support branches perform these tasks for the customers within the specific region. Co-ordination of all technical and operational activities completed by ASML personnel at the customer site. Personal management and coaching of the engineers allocated to the Team Leader's team. The holder of this position reports to the site manager and gives operational leadership to a team of Customer Support Engineers who provide direct support to customers.
Job Description
The TL for DUV is a critical part of the DUV team and is instrumental in the day-to-day operation of shifts with in the DUV organization. The TL will report to the to the site manager and is in charge of 5 to 10 engineers.
As a Team Lead you are responsible for, but not limited to the following:
-Act as the operational contact for all issues to the customer.
-Monitor and co-ordinate technical escalations.
-Supervise and co-ordinate on site scheduled activities (periodical maintenance, field change orders) and emergency calls.
-Assist with, and conduct, appraisals; be involved in first and second round interviews with new engineers.
-Do miscellaneous field service administration activities using ASML software tools.
-Define / implement / monitor / optimize business processes.
-Communicate in a clear and concise manner, adjust message to level and Knowledge of person interacting with.
-Focus on problem solving.
-Is able to work and report on SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) to customer.
-Understands and executes Service Level Agreement- (SLA) with customer.
-Drives the professional development of the team through coaching and SMT (skills management tool).
-Is responsible for maintaining billable used, ensuring timely processing of PO’s and SO’s.
-Manage shift support capabilities ensuring proper staffing customer service levels. EducationAA degree in Electronics / Mechanical engineering technology or equivalent experience. ExperienceStrong network within ASML organization
Engineers with at least 2 years of ASML micro-lithography system experience with some supervisory and/or project coordination experience is preferred. Personal skills-Be able to influence without power of borrowed resources.
-Flexibility to travel in short notice and frequent domestic or international travel (up to 30-40%) if needed.
-Open for cultural differences and able to work with site of different culture and WOW (way of working).
-Motivated, pro-active, self-driven, and flexible.
