HMI PFM group is looking for a high value contributor to build, deploy and manage an applications team to support deployment of Pattern Fidelity products to the field.  Pattern Fidelity Optimization enables defect reduction and yield improvement by applying ASML models, metrology data from HMI system, TwinScan and YieldStar to efficiently drive E-beam defect inspection tools.  Job DescriptionThis
position reports to HMI Vice President in San Jose CA and works with the team to solve the challenges of shrinking nodes 10nm and below.  Responsibility includes driving customer engagement projects involving internal and customer stakeholders.  Work with Business Line Aps project teams on Node Transition Project to properly position Pattern Fidelity Metrology
 EducationB.Sc. and above in Physics, Electrical Engineering, and/or Chemical
Engineering  Experience10+ years of engineering management experience in semiconductor environment with a strong emphasis on defect reduction, metrology, and/or semiconductor process.

Demonstrated experience driving complex projects within a customer environment.
 
Working experience with end customer in product deployment and support.

Experienced at working closely with marketing teams to position product offerings for customer success.

Experience with current process and integration challenges for advanced nodes <14 nm preferred.
 
Hands on experience with defect reduction methods and yield management systems at customer sites preferred. Qualifications/desired skill set:
     
Ability to build and manage a diverse applications team both in the field and locally and R&D center in San Jose.

Experience with sub 14/16 nm defect reduction methods and current state of customer solutions including Yield Management. System (YMS) implementation; experience with e-beam based defect inspection is a plus.

Demonstrated background in software management – either development or deployment.

Ability to drive complex product deployment involving multiple stakeholders and 3rd party partners.
   
Strong communication skills to internal and external customers, problem solving and innovative thinking skills.Context of the positionThis position primarily works in an office environment.
