IntroductionSupports the local CS team/employees to ensure their health with planning and delivering all the health programs to employees. Job Description• Support management to ensure a safe way of working in the region
• Monitor and process with compliance to local legal requirements e and customer demand.
• Liaise with the customer representatives on health subjects.
• Ensure that the required data to manage safety is adequately recorded, verified and administrated.
• Conduct Accident, incident and near miss investigation
• Close the incident reports after evaluating effectiveness of the actions taken
• Arrange and/or carry out health trainings according to CS EHS training program.(e.g. CPR and AED session)
• Advise the regional EHS manager on adequate budget allocation for the required EHS activities.
• Rollout new health related requirements:
• Actively participate in activities within the WW EHS CommunityThe health supervisor is based at one of the local HVM site. He/she reports to Korea EHS regional manager. Education• Higher Technical College or specific medical/health education (according to local requirements)
• Preferable Bachelor’s degree in an medical/health related study or comparable medical/health related studies/experience. Experience• Experience working in operation and/or field and have understanding of wow.
• All EHS safety CBT’s and safety trainings required for CS employees. Personal skills• Analytic, abstract thinking, good communication skills, initiative, independent, sharing knowledge, stress tolerance and teamwork.
• You are a team player, communicate proactively, have a healthy business sense and are on top of new opportunities which add value to our core business.
• Good written and spoken English with Didactical skills and Cultural awareness. Other information* Experience in the semiconductor industry is preferred. * Contractor position : 15 months
• Higher Technical College or specific medical/health education (according to local requirements)
