Job Mission
Our mission is to improve the quality and reliability of new and volume products, to secure its manufacturability and serviceability and to secure the lessons learned for the future.Your mission is to take ownership of one or more multi-disciplinary Qualification tool developments, upgrades or issues and secure robust Qualification tool availability at suppliers and ASML. Key in finishing the qualification tool development is meeting functional-, sustainability- and human safety requirements.
Job Description
Responsible for maintaining and upgrading of all Qualification tools at suppliers and ASML which are used for production qualification of modules delivered to ASML.
-Developing new Qualification tools: Early involvement during the design phase by taking the lead in defining requirements and writing specifications.
-Pro-active support: Make and execute plans for SW/HW upgrades on Qualification tools
-Reactive support: Hands on troubleshooting and solving issues on existing Qualification tools.
-Supplier development: Train the suppliers which have Qualification tools such that they are able to provide basic support of the Qualification tools themselves.
-Contribute in improving Way of Working
Education
Bachelor or Master Degree in Mechatronics, Mechanics and Physics is preferred.Experience-At least 2 years of experience in a production environment with high tech products and complex production processes
-Troubleshooting complex mechatronic systems
-Working in multi-disciplinary teams
-Work experience in Industrial Engineering
-Knowledge of specific ASML processes and an optical background is a pre
-Affinity to software is a mustPersonal skills-Team player with excellent communication and writing skills in English
-Take ownership and initiatives, structured and flexible attitude
-Focused on quality, continuous improvement
-Strong technical background combined with good analytical skills
-Hands-on mentality
