Job MissionThis position will work together with the management team to realize the 3 year strategic plan, driving the operations teams towards cost targets and operation excellence. Job DescriptionThe business process analyst (BPA) maintains the operational policies and procedures of the DUV department. The BPA also creates and updates presentations, and process flowcharts for reference purposes. The BPA is a process-improvement champion in the department. He/she suggests projects that can be completed and has expert knowledge on process tracking methodologies. The BPA reports and highlight performance measures that must be translated into everyday language. He/she must be able to explain what happened and provide recommendations for achieving the DUV goals. This is a "hands-on" position that completes projects that track operational efficiencies in performance. The BPA works with the subject matter experts (SMEs), including information technology (IT), finance and other departments within the company. The BPA does not have supervisory or direct report responsibilities. EducationMinimum Bachelor in a technical field, statistics, information technology, economics, business, or equivalent experience. Experience5 years’ experience, ideally with a proven track record in a similar position. Knowledge of the semiconductor industry helpful.
