High impact role for academics with 10 years’ work experience in a high tech supply chain. We are looking for an ambitious talent who can play a crucial role supporting ASMLs aggressive growth while realizing an ambitious cost down, quality up roadmap for After Sales supply chain processes. Your responsibility is twofold: you will be responsible for managing performance of one of our regions (e.g. Taiwan, Korea, or US), and drive the EUV after sales efficiency roadmap as a program manager. Job Description
Manage and structure the After service efficiency program to meet ASML’s ambitious efficiency targets.
-Manage & drive multidisciplinary project teams for results
-Set up new projects / initiatives cross department.
-Manage other sectors projects that contribute efficiency
-Connect the dots between the projects and ensure high quality management reporting on results and solutions.
-Monitor progress and Intervene if needed
-Increase transparency in costs, cost drivers, efficiency gains
-Report out on regular basis to Business Line management EUV
. Ensure supply chain performance at optimal cost levels of the EUV business lines for a specific region of the world
-Initiate and drive continuous improvement to optimize availability and logistical costs.
-Be the linking pin on supply chain topics to ASMLs customers and local teams
-Manage and control your main KPIs; drive improvements with local organization and drive adherence to business policies
-Build bridges between departments with potentially contradictory KPIs but common goals
-3rd line escalation support, alignment with Business Line, Customer Service and other supply chain departments
-Manage site readiness / ramp readiness
-Manage senior stakeholders across ASML
-Evaluate performance with all stakeholders and identify, initiate & drive improvements
This role is located in ASML’s headquarter in Veldhoven. Travel ~ 10%.
Education
Relevant Master degree is a must (e.g. Industrial Engineering & Management Science, Business Administration, Supply chain or Engineering)Experience
-To achieve all this you will need 7-10 years of first-hand experience in a high tech supply chain management or
- 5 years of experience at a 1st tier consultancy firm affinity for high tech supply chains.
-Knowledge of business complexity, supply chain and/or relevant industry
-A tactical thinker with strong interpersonal and communication skills
-Be able to know your details and to zoom out to show the larger picture
-Decision making skills, change management skills and program management skills
-Analytical and able to organize and prioritize workload
-Experience with Lean, Green/Black Belt (nice to have)

Context of the position
The Customer Supply Chain Management (CSCM) team is responsible for meeting service level agreements (SLAs) with customers. System downtime costs customers up to a million USD per day so SLAs are extremely tight, with downtime waiting for parts and tools limited to as little as 20 minutes per system per week. CSCM manages such challenges in a global network with thousands of unique spare parts and delivers true customer satisfaction through differentiated and affordable supply chain services. ASML’s aggressive time-to-market strategy and increasing system functionality means machines are often upgraded at the customer during their lifetime. CSCM’s highly educated workforce drives planning and execution of the supply chain aspects of commercial upgrades, field change orders, machine shipments and transfers. You will be part of the EUV team that is specifically challenged as EUV is in a steep ramp up with challenging targets of costs and availability per system.
