The Business Line Development and Engineering (BL D&E) cluster has a dual role to develop business critical building blocks and to be the interface between the Business Line and the Development and Engineering organization (D&E). The BL D&E cluster provides you the opportunity to work directly with the BL D&E VP, business leaders and D&E managers to set the D&E agenda both on operational, tactical and strategic topics and coordinate the realization. As the BL EUV D&E Staff Officer, you drive strategic and operational alignment between D&E central, D&E EUV cluster and the business line.
You guide and challenge decision makers to make the good decisions, and you will be responsible to help driving an important part of the agenda of the BL EUV D&E
Job Description
-Drive and resolve staffing gaps & associated business line priorities. Help shaping the D&E staffing profile of the EUV development programs (+/- 3500 FTE). Help identifying and resolving bottlenecks in close collaboration with the contributing D&E stakeholders.
-Drive Key Decision assessments. Prepare and co-chair the weekly EUV – D&E DM meeting to secure that the PGP process is well executed across the entire EUV program portfolio. Conduct analysis to support the D&E position in Key Decision meetings
-Support the EUV D&E VP in Target Annual Plan, Long Term Capability Planning, Long Term Financial Planning, FTE carrousels, including roadmap alignment. Work closely with the PMO, Finance and EUV programs to define and improve the yearly calendar for these business processes. Drive the implementation of the way-of-working in all relevant D&E departments, help in analyzing gaps and identifying possible solutions.
-Secure alignment between BL EUV D&E and the Central D&E organization on business priorities and KPI’s, set-up up the KPI framework to link all contributing activities, and drive the reporting calendar.
-Prepare 3-weekly alignment meetings between BL D&E and the D&E staff. Set-up agenda, prepare minutes and actions, follow-up on open items in close cooperation with the Chief of Staff of central D&E and the assistants.
Education
To qualify for this position, you need an academic degree (master or PhD level).
Experience
5-10 years of experience in Management or Project Management within ASML. Experience in the field of high-tech system development. Familiar with staffing processes and quality initiatives. Extensive experience in managing a difficult stakeholder landscape. Preferably you have an extensive network in the D&E organization.

-You have an all-round profile: analytical, strategic, and especially motivational. You are pro-active self-starter who can change direction quickly based on new insights.
