Job Mission
Execute research with application to lithography for future modes in the semiconductor industry, with an emphasis on diffraction optics applied to the most challenging EUV imaging problems. The simulations will be performed with different simulation methods such as commercial lithography simulator as well as the use of in-house software.
Job Description
Responsibilities of a Senior Researcher in the Research “SEM and process modeling” group:
-Combination of fundamental diffraction calculations, with optical scanner simulations to directly quantify the impact of the new solutions on imaging.
-Designing experiments to verify the modelling work and analyzing experimental data.
-Collaborate with experimentalists.
-Generate intellectual property.
Education
PhD in Physics with a background in diffraction optics and computational modeling/simulations with 5 years or more working experience.
