Job Mission
When it comes down to it, the mission is to make our Development & Engineering engineers more productive, to get the collaboration tools fully adopted in our business and to bring business value. We are looking for an experienced project leader, who also possesses good knowledge of the Microsoft domain. You must have executed several adoption projects in the Microsoft domain, like the introduction of SharePoint or Office 365. The job is not purely project management but also helping shape an adoption strategy and roadmap for the coming years.
Job Description
The Change and Project Manager Adoption:
-Manages adoption projects (e.g. introduction of Office 365)
-Must be able to provide direction based on experience and vision
-Creates project steerco level presentations and is able to present in those steerco’s
-Creates our adoption strategy and roadmap
-In general understands the Microsoft tooling and what they can do
-Is able to consult the business and advise on the best way to use the new ways of working
Education
Bachelor or Master degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.Experience-Proven track record in adoption and change management
-Familiar with the Prosci ADKAR model
-5+ Years of relevant working experience in the Microsoft domain
-Experience with Office365
-Shown track record in managing projectsPersonal skillsAs you will be working in a small team, you are expected to have strong communication skills, be proactive, analytical, a team player, result oriented, and pragmatic.
