Job Mission
-The mission of the Business Performance Management Lead is to define, implement and roll out quality and process improvements in development and engineering, leading to enhanced quality of parts, modules, and (sub)systems, and the corresponding documentation. You directly contribute to securing high volume production of EUV machines.
Job Description
-In this position you are responsible for implementing process improvements from concept to realization and roll out. As member of the EUV quality team work closely with managers and engineers in Development and Engineering. You:
-lead cross-departmental quality and process improvement projects:
-participate in pilots to validate the new process, and in roll out process improvements in areas like design processes/reviews, competence/knowledge management and model management;
-investigate & analyze cross-departmental quality issues in development and engineering;
-identify and propose improvements, initiate structural actions;
-define, structure and participate in improvement projects;
-participate in and support quality improvement and project reviews;
-use and coach problem solving skills and methods;
-create methods, tools, templates and work instructions / training material.
Education
Bachelor or master degree in a technical area. Green belt or black belt certification is preferred.Experience-3-5 years of work experience for a candidate with a Masters degree, 4-7 years experience for a candidate with a Bachelors degree;
-Experience in (product) development and engineering projects in a high-tech environment, from conception and initiation to embedding in the organization;
-Experience in industrialization engineering;

-Committing to and pro-actively owning and driving of ambitious but realistic targets agreed with the Business Line EUV , System Engineering and D&E clusters,
-Enabling the operational sectors on their execution.
-Providing competence, means and methods to execute;
-Developing people in line with required competencies and skills.
