Deliver high level mechanical system architecture that enables the development from specification to release at ASML customer side of standalone multi-disciplinary systems in Mask Shop Tool environment.
Job Description
Gather high level system specification and rework to element performance specifications
(EPS).Determine and investigate function of critical concepts. Discuss with projects and sectors. Come up with well-considered choices, validated against system requirements.Investigate availability and serviceability. Validate with RAMS specifications.Validate concept on high level requirements (FAT) and install at customer site (SAT)Make use of your creativity and helicopter view to find most efficient and effective solutions with the multi-disciplinary teams. Knowledge transfer to production for complete multi-disciplinary systemsContribute to system roadmaps for a Functional Cluster.Stay in close contact with Program management, System Engineering department and Marketing.
Education
Bachelor or Master in mechanical/mechatronics engineering. ExperienceAt least 10 years of experience in creating new machine concepts (or large complex modules). In this sector, departments such as Mechatronics, Mechanics and Electronics specify, design, and qualify the various modules of the ASML products. Each department consists of discipline and function oriented groups where emphasis lies on particular competence or functions in ASML
equipment.
