Electrical Project Leader Job Description

Introduction
The sector Development & Engineering (D&E) of ASML is responsible for the specification, design and realization of the products in the ASML portfolio. Within the sector D&E the department Electronic Development (EDEV) is responsible for the definition, realization and qualification of electronic functions, modules, (sub) systems and infrastructure within these products. Within EDEV the group System Electrical Layout and the group Mains and Safety Infrastructure are responsible for the study, definition, realization and qualification of the Electrical Infrastructure and Mains & Safety Infrastructure, respectively, of complete ASML products. Because of increased activities within the two aforementioned EDEV groups, we are looking for an additional Project Leader Electrical Infrastructure.

Job Mission
The Project Leader Electrical Infrastructure is responsible for initiate, plan and execute one or more different development projects of ASML products. In scope of the Electrical Infrastructure project are 3D Electrical Architecture & Layout, Mains & Safety Infrastructure.

Job Description
The Project Leader:Defines and manages the project plans and deliverables based on the development master plan from definition until release for volume in the factory and the field.Organizes for a proper project management structure and required resources to fulfill the plans both within Development & Engineering and in other sectors (e.g. Procurement, Manufacturing and Logistics) on people, materials and investments.Identifies and manages bottle necks and risksProvides regular feedback on status and progress of the project to the department and the program organization.Contributes to, and manages, product related continuous improvement initiatives.
 

Electrical Project Leader Job Requirements

Education
Bachelor or master degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.Multiple years of experience in electrical machine infrastructure realization.Broad technical knowledge on electronics / cabling / mains / safety / diagnose / electronics cooling / integration / EMC.Proven project management skills.Affinity with managing integral business processes in fast growing and dynamic business environments.5+ years of work experience in complex, technically driven and international organization(s)

Personal skills
Highly motivated team player with excellent social, coordination and communication skills.Leadership: ability to provide (technical) direction, motivate and convince teams of professional engineers.Pragmatic attitude.Wide scope on system level and organization level (production and service)Accuracy, systematic approach, analytical, problem solving.Act under high pressure.Technical discussion partner for suppliers.Flexible in working hours.Fluent Dutch and English in speaking and writing.
