Job Description
This position reports to HMI’s FAB Products Sr. Project Manager and leads global teams working to solve the challenges of shrinking critical dimensions from 14nm, and below. Responsibilities include all aspects of overseeing teams chartered with developing new products that drive ASML/HMI e-beam and scanner control solutions that enable our customers to achieve operational excellence in a high volume manufacturing environment.Specific responsibilities include:Drive execution of new product development projects through ASML product generation process. Own the cross sector product development master plan and realization vs plan. Have the big picture perspective, balance between scope, timing, and resource. Foresee gaps/ risks, prioritize them, and articulate them. Bring cross-functional teams (Marketing, PEG, R&D, CS, Licensing) on board as needed to address them. Escalate when needed. · Hold periodic feature review meetings to build feature roadmap·Use the PGP2011 process to communicate to management and align cross-functionally. Content includes master plan and reconciliation of bottom up plan, (w/ PEG, QA, Eng) PKDB (Product key decision book), DB product (dashboard), IRR (risk register). Assist PDM to prepare InP (Integrated Proposal) content for each KD. Hold (regular) meetings as needed to drive the team for consensus, track and close actions. Specifically consensus in terms of risk recognition and deliverable priority. Manage resources and provide input for customer engagement in terms of impact to development. Hold periodic customer learning reviews to make sure the elements relevant to product features are captured.
