Do you want to become leader on the system interfaces of our equipment with the factory and facilities at ASML and our customers? Do you want to lead an official technical competence within ASML? Job Mission
Take ownership on the maturity of the pre-install domain as competence lead and business process architect, in order to enable projects to deliver the pre-install preparation material for the factory and facilities at ASML and our customers. Collect and develop knowledge in current way of working and implement enhancements to improve our processes.

Job Description

• Take lead in developing the pre-install competence in projects
• Create and execute roadmap
• Organize competence meetings with cross sector team, including customer meetings
• Improve current pre-install business processes
• Investigate current problems of business processes
• Get support from management to get new proposals realized
• Investigate 'as-is' situation, define 'to-be' situation, together with appropriate team and stakeholders, examples:
• Pre-install information package for ASML factories as internal customers
• Link documentation to hardware delivery
• 3D modeling with PMI data
• Piping & Installation Diagrams automation
• Roll-out 'to-be' situation within ASML
• Train and maintain:
• Create training material and provide training to internal/external ASML
• Build up key-user network
• Ensure re-use of and compliance to pre-install standards
• Maintain pre-install business processes, standards, and templates
• Support projects on request

Competence lead and process architect pre-install Job Requirements

Education
Technical Bachelor or Master. Preferably Industrial Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical, Flow & Temperature or (technical) Management

Experience

• > 3 Years working experience as business process analyst or engineer
• Or >2 years experience on pre-install of ASML machines
• Affinity with documentation and configuration management
• Preferably experience with:
• Requirements engineering
• Industrialization, such as installation

• Can take lead of improvement projects with cross sector stakeholders
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
• Thinks in business processes to get things done and better controlled
