Job Mission
You are the IT Project Lead who takes full ownership in order to realize Engineering IT related Projects and/or Non-Standard Changes in time and on budget. You get enthusiastic by achieving an in-depth understanding of key project content. Reaching strong alignment between business and IT in general and specifically all project stakeholders comes naturally to you.

Time, Budget and Scope are driving topics for you. Besides this you can ensure accurate,timely and to the point project status reporting on critical key issues and actions embedded in project plan and process. You differentiate main points from details, and secure simple and concise formulation of project related documents like Project Initiation Document (PID), blueprint, requirements, detailed project plan.

Job Description
You will be part of the CCP-EEI team consisting of more than 25 people. As IT Project
Lead you will be responsible for, but not limited to:
Project Reporting & Monitoring: Take ownership of requests from engineering, and help to solve these requests. 

• Ensure timely delivery & quality of overall reporting and project management deliverables. 
• Prepare communication and escalations on issues, risks and required mitigation actions to the project sponsor and stakeholders.
• Project management:
• Understand the business requirements and ensure that 'the product' will satisfy these.
• Measure project deliverables on quality and completeness regularly to ensure that the project will satisfy the relevant quality standards.
• Improvements:
• Capture lessons learned during the project and share these pro-actively with Project Board at project milestones (or tollgates) and closure, and provide (mitigating) actions.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of quality standards.

Engineering IT (Junior) IT Project Lead Job Requirements

Education
Bachelor level or equivalent in field of Technology, IT or Engineering.

Experience

• 0-3 or 3-5 years of experience as (Junior) IT Project Lead (role dependent on experience level).
• (Proven) track-record in leading multi-disciplinary (project/program) teams;
• (Sound) knowledge of project management methodologies like PRINCE2, PMBOK and Scrum/Agile. 
• Knowledge of IT solutions, based both on Linux and Windows platforms is a pre.

• Manage criticism, convincing behavior;   
• Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills;
