Job Mission
We are looking for a person to run the DUV 2nd Line Team in Hillsboro. Responsibilities include but not limited to:
-Running 2nd Line Basic Operations
-GSC/EMO Conference Calls
-Escalation Conference Calls (both Internal & External)
-Ensure PCCSIM and Proper Escalation Documentation is in place on all escalations
-Responsible for the DUV 9:30 Operations Meetings
-Dedicated to creating a culture of learning through IRP (Post Mortems/Lessons learned)
-Participate in Customer and Internal Passdowns to ensure proper communication throughout the week
-Participate and deliver presentation material during operational review meetings.
Job Description
The group leader will work Monday - Friday in support of all the 2nd Line Operations, being the interface between the customer and ASML. Responsibilities also include approving timecards and helping to create/improve processes within the escalation teams in DUV.
The group leader will work together with the Technical Manager to realize the 3 year strategic plan, driving the fab teams towards cost targets and operation excellence. Coach 2nd Line Engineers to help them grow and achieve their goals.
Education
Minimum Bachelor in a technical field or equivalent experience. Experience5 to 10 years’ experience, ideally with a proven track record in a similar position of 5 years. Knowledge of the semiconductor industry.
Personal skills:
Strong sense of ownership. Focus on understanding details. Outspoken with good interpersonal skills. Able to work on a night shift under minimal supervision.
