Optical Sensors Expert Job Description

Introduction
In ASML’s Research department, new concepts and applications are being invented and designed for future markets of lithography and metrology in various fields of semiconductor manufacturing.

Job Mission
Execute high-level research with application to optical sensors in the semiconductor industry, with an emphasis on overlay metrology outside the scanner and on scanner-internal metrology for positional alignment.

Job Description
This research position is directed towards optical sensors and their performance.

 

Optical Sensors Expert Job Requirements

Education
PhD in physics. A specialization in optics is preferred. We are looking for an enthousiastic researcher with the following expertise:
-Broad experience with optical sensors.
-A solid background in optics is a prerequisite.
