We are searching for a requirements engineer /business analyst to support projects that will realize the required change and with an excellent understanding of the key basics of good project execution. As our OSE (Operations Strategies & Excellence) department is a company example you are willing to invest in relationships and to share your knowledge and experiences within ASML.

The OSE department is responsible for all major structural improvements within Operations and for all interfaces towards the IT department.

You guide the team in realizing SAP Greenfield solutions and apply a scrum based, agile way of working. You take initiative in team development by means of sprint retrospectives, removing impediments and establishing a clear definition of ready and done.

Job Description

• Organize programs for successful agile execution
• Coach team members on agile behaviors and role
• As Scrum Master for the 8-12 persons per team (4 teams with own team leads), lead the scrum process,  and continuous improvement
• Together with other Scrum Masters you are responsible for the Agile way of working within the Program
• Be the main point of contact regarding impediments concerning team’s products and environment
• Work in close relationship with the Product Owner and the Project Leaders to maintain the product backlog and planning
• Address, and if necessary escalate, bottlenecks and impediments
• Assist team in delivering high quality products
• Ambassador of Agile way of working and actively involved in Agile improvements within OSE and IT

Agile expert / coach Job Requirements

Education
Bachelor or Master degree in technical area or business administration.

Experience

• 5 years scrum master experience in (SAP) projects
• Agile software development way of working
• Project management experience is a pre
• LEAN knowledge is a pre
• Knowledge of operations processes is a pre
• SAP Greenfield implementation experience is a pre
