Introduction
Within ASML, the Customer Support (CS) group is responsible for the maintenance, repair, upgrade and continuous improvement of ASML systems at customer locations. Proactively involving in a project at customer locations(Worldwide), EUV project leader leads from preparation and execution to wrap-up phase.
Job Description
Be responsible for the (project) management on-site and leading the team.Communicate with the customers.Enforce local WoW and safety to the team crews.Raise project efficiency by close cooperation with all stakeholders.Advise customers on site preparation to receive ASML equipment.Work with co-workers, customer and field support in isolating and solving problems.Answer customer questions and assist customers in a professional manner.Prepare written technical reports on an independent basis.Support and assist less experienced ASML or local personnel as necessary.Manage overall upgrade progress to meet committed cycle time.
Education
Bachelor’s degree like Mechatronics, Mechanical engineering, Electronics, Electric engineering, (Applied) Physics, or comparable.
Experience
6 to 9 years experience in the related field.Photo-lithography, Electro-Mechanical or Ultra Clean Vacuum. PMM(Project Management Methodology) training and project leading experience are preferred.
Personal skills
Open for cultural differences.Motivated, pro-active, self-driven and flexible. Ability to motivate, drive and influence others at all levels of the organization.Multi-tasker with the ability to work in different and difficult working environment. Other information
Flexibility to travel to other countries including NL, Taiwan, USA and other regions where the project supports are required, with short notice.
