Introduction
The holder of the position reports to the group leader Projection, and is operational within multidisciplinary projects. The group is responsible for realizing projection function by providing the means and methods to enable excellent customer imaging, overlay, throughput and availability.
Job Mission
The candidate is responsible for integrated ASML POB design studies with special focus on the set-up, calibration and recovery of the NXE:3500 projection function.
Job Description
-The candidate applies his or her system engineering expertise and experience in hands
-on product development to define, steer and/or support the concepts and detailed design studies of mechanical alignment, coarse and fine alignment, set-up, calibration, diagnostics, and recovery of NXE:3500 projection function.
-finds the best solutions for the projection system for our customers in terms of best optical performance at the specified system availability, thereby aligning with system metrology, Zeiss/ASML Mirror Positioning Measurement, Illumination, Zeiss/ASML alignment tooling development teams, Lens-model development, ICA architecture, ASML sensor systems, Mechanical Layout, Thermal Engineering, POB Mechatronic System design, EUV Projection SW development, system engineering and imaging architects.

To be completed Experience-JG9
->10y experience as architect or lead engineer of highly complex module
-demonstrated affinity to perform both detailed engineering and making comprehensive system overviews
