Job Description

Process Safety Engineer Job Requirements

Education
Bachelors (HBO) degree mechanical/ electrical/ mechatronics engineering.

Experience
Proven knowledge of:

• ASML NXE, NXT platforms
• Procedural and/or sequence safety
• Risk assessment techniques
• D&E PGP
• Kaizen
• Lean/ 6 sigma Preferable knowledge of:
• ASML D&E organization (incl EF/TF/CS/FM)
• CE process for machine safety
• ISRS8
• ISO 12100, OHSAS 18001

• Is able to communicate clearly, concisely and directly to colleagues.
• Is comfortable in presenting his/her case in front of (large) audiences.
• Keeps deadlines within the framework of daily operations;
• Is able to influence stakeholders, works independently and remains effective under pressure;
• Pays attention to detail and produces work that meets the very highest quality standards;
• Works result oriented and driven; get aspects of safety adequately done without posing unnecessary delays and checks the balance regarding development progress.
• Is able to clearly state his/her own opinion, even in difficult and conflict situations and works towards aligning efforts with others;
