Introduction
Within the cluster operations (that consist of the factories; Twinscan, EUV, Linkou, Wilton, San Diego and the supporting sectors; Global Logistics, Customer Support, Central Planning, Facility Management and Quality & Process Improvements) OSE, Operations Strategies and Excellence, is responsible for all major non-product-related structural improvements and is responsible for all interfacing towards the IT department. The OSE Operations Portfolio Execution (OSE - OPE) group has the mission to enable worldwide operational excellence for ASML through realizing a roadmap of (cross-sector) projects.

Job Mission 
The OSE OPE value stream manager demonstrates best-in-class agile skills to introduce new or improved processes and supporting IT - tooling on time and in budget within Operations. You have the ability to cut through unnecessary work and focus on essential work. You have experience with working in Agile teams and are a strong advocate to the agile teams for delivering value. Within the value stream solutions are build and deployed, to provide a continuous flow of value to the sector Operations.  

Job Description

• - Value stream Leadership: prepare for scaling of number of value streams
• - Manage a value stream in cooperation with the IT value stream manager
• - Advocate for working with Agile practices and mindset
• - Find the balance between our internal OSE project methodology and Agile principles to make the value stream grow
• - Continuous improvements: identify potentials for new improvements and contribute to the improvement of the whole operations value chain (system re-design) and infrastructure by participating in or facilitating problem solving sessions.
• - Business case: evaluate financial consequences of required improvement (including resources) to implement improvements
• - Cross sector interface to represent the value stream across ASML

Project Manager with Agile experience Job Requirements

Education
Bachelor or Master degree in technical area or business administration.

Experience

• Experience in working with agile teams, leading Safe, scaled agile framework
• Apply the principles and practices of Safe
• At least 5 years of working experience in Manufacturing
• Job-related knowledge and/or managerial experience, e.g. change agent lean manufacturing, project leader in operations improvement, World Class Manufacturing, -Six Sigma (green belt, black belt)
• Certifications: Agile fundamentals (must), Product Owner (must), Leading Safe (optionally)

• Talk the language of the agile teams as well as the language of theme/business owners 
• Enthuse and convince different stakeholders about focus and priorities for a certain direction or idea
• Feeling for all the disciplines that work within your value stream
• Able to convince, inspire and motivate people and cooperate with people on the shop floor up to and including higher management; action orientated; good knowledge of both Dutch and English language.
