Job Mission
Your role is to become the Product Owner of 1 or 2 DevOps teams bridging the gap between the customer who has a long list of wishes, and the team who has to deliver successful sprints.
While the team is an independent and multi-disciplinary group of people, you decide on priority of items on the backlog trying to maximize the added value to our customer. To help the team understanding your decisions, it is important to form and convey your goals and vision every sprint, keeping both customer and team happy.
Within the spirit of CSI, you always aim to define and implement the appropriate structural improvements to prevent re-occurrence in the future.
Job Description
To become the product owner of 1 or 2 DevOps teams who understands the customer and can translate the VoC to the team in clear blocks of work (user stories).
Coordinate all actions to prevent re-occurrence of old failure modes.
Ensure preventive actions are implemented and embedded structurally on product, process and organizational level.
Education
Bachelor or Master degree in technical / technical business area
Experience
- 5 years of experience in project management
- 3 years of experience in Agile/Scrum/DevOps
Knowledge and experience of ASML (products) is preferred.

- Change manager: to structurally improve, a change in approach, organization and mindset is needed.

Context of the position
Within CSI we lead cross-sector projects with impact on availability, cycle time, costs and customer satisfaction by preventing and correcting known product and process failures, cross-platform and cross-part.
AIS (ASML Information System) is a group within CSI who strive for the growth of a “one-stop shop for data and information”. AIS currently consists of 4 DevOps teams who develop IT solutions helping the business to make information out of the huge amounts of data our machines generate.
